You can register for the conference via Conftool. Registration is available even if you do not submit a contribution.
Conference Fees
Regular Fee: 400 CHF
Student Fee: 200 CHF
SGK Members (with invitation code): 200 CHF
Seniors/Emeriti without institutional affiliation (with invitation code): 200 CHF
Conference Dinner (optional): 80 CHF
Scientific Excursion to Jungfraujoch High Altitude Research Station (optional): 150 CHF
Binding Registration: Registration for RIMMA2025 is binding.
Fee Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid by December 31, 2024. Participation is guaranteed only upon receipt of full payment.
Refund Policy: Registration fees are refundable only if cancellation is received before December 31, 2024. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to rimma2025.oeschger@unibe.ch. Cancellations made after December 31, 2024, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy, including for reasons such as illness.
