Conference fees
Regular fee attendance in-person CHF 300
Students fee (MSc and PhD) attendance in-person CHF 250
Online registration fee is 100 CHF (for all three days).
Attendance in-person including conference registration, ice breaker, coffee breaks, vegetarian lunches and conference dinner (on Wednesday Sept 3, 2025). All meals are vegetarian.
Registration for ContaSed2025 is binding.
Refund conditions:
- Cancellation requests should be addressed via email to event.oeschger@unibe.ch.
- Until April 30 2025: refundable minus 50 CHF administration costs
- Until July 31 2025: 50% refund
- After August 30 2025: 0% refund
Registration and call for papers
Call for papers, format
The conference will feature keynotes, invited lectures, and oral and poster presentations.
The conference is hybrid (in presence or online with video streaming).
Oral presentations
All oral presentations are in the plenary (no parallel sessions) and take 15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q/A.
Online oral presentations are possible, with a maximum 25% of oral presentations online (pre-recorded presentations, discussion live).
Poster presentations
The poster format is DIN A0 portrait (84.1 x 118.9 cm). The maximum extents are 110 cm horizontal x 140 cm vertical. Poster presentations will start with an ‘elevator pitch’ (1 minute) in the plenary.
Online poster presentations consist of an online ‘elevator pitch’ (1 minute) and physical display of your poster in the Poster Hall. The organizers will print the poster.
The conference language is English; no submissions in other languages will be accepted. Abstracts must not exceed 250 words. The number of submissions is limited to one per submitting author.
